Cortland Prevention Resources is dedicated to helping youth and adults achieve a healthy, fulfilling life free of the unintended consequences of abusing drugs and alcohol. We achieve this in many different ways from community collaborations to school programming to court mandated classes.

This evidence-based program that helps families improve communication and decrease conflict is now offered online. Parents can complete this FREE program at home on their time through a series of videos and practice scenarios with the support of our trained staff.
